Most of it is interest, as I hardly ever use them now. (It got high mostly due to medical bills beyond insurance and party due to not really understanding how they work. I'm so much wiser, but not much richer, now.) I do try to remind myself to be positive. It was hard at first, but it's become a game to find ways to save money. I get a real 'high' when I walk out of the grocery wheeling a cart with $100 worth of groceries that cost me less than $50! I've learned to do without things, and while I was resentful at first, now I see it as that much less to have to clean or put away or 'deal with.' I guess there is a silver lining in every cloud.
